You are not obligated to go on a tour or listen to any sales pitch. Lifestyles Holiday VC is continuously gaining new memberships, so salespersons offer to take guests on a tour of the resort to explain the benefits of membership, and offer you the opportunity to buy your own membership.
The advantage of taking a tour of the resort is that you will see all of the different accommodations and amenities offered. This can help you decide which accommodation you would like to choose for your next holiday at the resort and where you would like to spend your time during your current vacation.
NOTE: If you would like to tour the entire resort and all the wonderful things it has to offer without a high-pressure sales pitch, please specifically ask for “Fernandez” to take you on tour.

Guests who come without me, Gold band, can they get a 7 bdrm villa or only a 6?

They can book 3,4, 5, 6, or 7 bedroom villas. Anytime they book a 5, 6, or 7 bedroom villa there is a chance that they could receive 2 smaller villas with an equal number of bedrooms (we always try to locate these as close together as possible). Shareholders and members take priority in receiving the larger villas and we have many more 5 and 6 bedrooms than 7 bedrooms.

ONLY black band gets the newest ultra modern villas, right? Gold just gets regular villas or ultra modern if it’s a close friend? And, what about Costa Esmerelda villas?

The villas are allocated on a priority system, where shareholder take the top priority, followed by members, followed by shareholder guests, followed by member guests. We usually assume the preference is Costa Esmeralda villas, followed by Royal villas, followed by most requested shareholder villas, and so on, but if you have any preference then please let me know so that I can make a note on your reservation.
