• A golf cart is guaranteed with a villa reservation, as I am a Platinum Supreme Lifetime Shareholder (the highest membership level, the highest priority level).
• Breakfast is cooked for you at your villa by your housekeeper. It is absolutely lovely to have breakfast served out on your covered patio by your pool! However, you can always have breakfast at the buffets, if you wish. The buffets will, naturally, offer a wider selection of breakfast options. You can, of course, speak with your maid and/or VIP service rep to modify your in-villa breakfast selections.
• EVERY villa has a private pool with inflatables toys/rafts – ask housekeeping if you don’t see any. They are also available in the resort’s gift shops.
• Your kitchen is stocked daily with beverages: bottled water, soft drinks, juices, milk and beer. You may also request fruit, and breakfast items can be left in the refrigerator for you – just ask (fruits, croissants, meats, cheeses, fruits, etc.).
• VIP service staff checks on your needs daily! The customer service is usually superb, but please be patient during holiday times, as the resort may be filled to capacity.

VIP World for you!

VIP World is a world in itself. Let the friendly and attentive staff settle you in, bring you to your king-sized bed and serve you your international beverage of choice with a smile. After a cool swim, stroll through the warm sand back to your sun bed. They will be waiting for you with a food menu or another exotic drink, whatever your choice may be.

VIP World is a peaceful alternative for mothers with young children or if you just want a break from the beach. All around the pool is sand where kids can play and you can closely supervise. The full-service bar staff will bring you drinks and food while you sunbathe or you can lounge on the sun beds under the patio if you wish to stay out of the sun. More covered beach beds are on the upper level along with The Spot (Hookah Bar).

Every Sunday (or Monday depending on the weather) during your stay you can attend the VIP Welcome Party featuring the famous Lifestyle Show Band which performs meringue and reggae tunes, funky dance music, jazz saxophone as well as other musicians and singers. There’s colorful carnival dancers, spectacular fireworks, plenty of drinks, a huge buffet with barbecue as well as local and imported specialties to add to your unforgettable experience. Every Thursday you can attend the VIP World Party including Bravissimo, a Las Vegas-style show with 30 dancers and 120 costumes on stage. FUN SHOW!

Vacation Rental Contract Agreement:

• Cancellations (FOR ANY REASONS) of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 1 month prior to arrival, or no shows, will forfeit their entire payment. All refunds are minus PayPal fees, credit card fees or bank wire transfer fees.
• Rescheduling: 3 months or more before your arrival date you may reschedule. Payments already made will be applied to the new booking date. You may reschedule ONE TIME ONLY and the new dates must be within one year of original date or entire payment will be forfeited. 3 months to 1 month before arrival 50% credit will be allowed towards rescheduled dates. No rescheduling is permitted 1 month or less before arrival date, therefore, if cancelled, entire payment will be forfeited. There is $100 charge for rescheduling.
• Payments may be:
  Certified Bank Check or Money Order (no extra fee) Bank to Bank Wire Transfer ($15 extra fee/per transfer)
  Credit Card or Debit Card (5% added fee)
  PayPal (“Send Money” to tinazipp@gmail.com – if you use the PayPal option to “send money to family and friends” there is no 5% fee.)
• Your reservation is NOT confirmed until paid in full, submitted to the resort and confirmation from the resort is received. We will then forward the confirmation to you. We suggest you DO NOT make flight arrangements until confirmation from the resort is received. It can take up to five days for the resort to confirm your reservation, but this usually takes no more than three days.
• Villa booking: Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort Policy – If unforeseen circumstance should arise at check in that a 5 or 6 bedroom villa is not available then two 3 bedroom villas will be given to Guests at no additional cost to them. Only one Golf Cart will be given for the two 3 bedroom villas unless there is availability. There is always door to door shuttle service available. Likewise, if you have less than 6 guests staying at a 3-bedroom villa and the resort is full, you may be moved to other accommodations with a refund, if appropriate.
• Visitors at the resort: Any guests that you should wish to join you in the resort that are not included in your confirmation will be subject to a daily charge of $100 and will be issued a NON-VIP wrist band. Please note the fee stated is subject to change.
• Reservation & Age Requirement of Lead Guest: Lead Guest must be a responsible guest of at least 18 years of age and must be present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.
• Flight Cancellation or Rescheduling: Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and Member (Tina Rappaport) are not liable for any cost incurred due to a canceled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier. No refunds will be made due to airline changes or delays.
• Complementary Airport Transportation: Once we receive your complete itineraries for all guests, we will make the arrangement for your pick up at Puerto Plata airport (POP). There is NO complementary transportation from other airports. VERY IMPORTANT: it is the Guest’s responsibility to contact the transportation department at the resort no later than 2 full days before departure back home to guarantee your transportation back to the airport for departure.
• Villa/Room Assignments: The resort does not give out any Villa or room allocations before arrival. Allocations are given at time of check in. Each villa differs with its own unique style and location and each one is spectacular in its own unique way. Requests for specific villas or rooms can be made but will not be guaranteed. The priority order of members and members’ guests is always followed. Depending on unforeseen circumstances, LHVC may change your accommodation upon arrival.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check in is 11:00 am with an extra cost of $15 per person. If you would like to check-in before 11:00 am there is an additional cost of $25.00 per person. (1/2 the rate for children 3-12, under 3 free.)
• Check-out time is 11:30 am. You may stay in your accommodations later than check out time if requested at check-in and it is upon availability, allowed up to 3:00 pm, at the following rates:
  Villas, Presidential Suites, Penthouse & Apartment Suites – $20/hour/unit after 11:30 pm
  Other Accommodations: $10/hour/unit after 11:30 pm
  If your flight doesn’t leave until later in the day you may stay at the resort after 3:00 pm at the rate of $10/hour/person with the final check-out time at 6:00 pm.
• Other Fees: Be aware that there is a $10 /tax per person collected at the airport upon entering the country. This is the only other cost besides the all-inclusive rate you pay to the resort at the time of check-in. Gratuities are not expected but always welcomed for superb service. NOTE: the Disco on premises is a cash bar.
• All-inclusive Fee Paid upon Check-in: The resort accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diner’s Club (Diner’s Club will be charged in Pesos whereas the other cards will be charged in US dollars.) Debit cards may be used however, you must contact your banking institution to authorize any transactions made using the debit card internationally. Likewise, it is always a good idea to contact your credit card company regarding upcoming international travel. Your all-inclusive fee may be paid prior to arrival through me, Tina Rappaport, to expedite your check-in process and avoid foreign transaction fees.
• Holiday Supplement Fee: Paid at check-in, there is a supplement fee for holiday bookings. This fee has been $60 for the past three years (through 2014). The amount is not guaranteed and is subject to change. The fee is per person with children ages 3 – 12 half-price. Under 3, free, and over 12 full price.
• Ocean World Tickets: Request the day and time you desire upon check-in. Each guest receives one FREE ticket (valued at $55 each). Transportation will be provided at no charge.NOTE: All rates and fees quoted are in effect at the time of signing the contract and receiving the resort’s confirmation. Should the accommodation and/or all-inclusive fee change, you are guaranteed the enclosed pricing for this reservation and this reservation only. Should VIP details change, we will do our best to secure the details as stated in this contract, but Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort reserves the right to amend details. All monetary amounts are quoted in US dollars.

This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between you (“Renters”) and Tina Rappaport (“Member”), Supreme Platinum Shareholder member #748 of the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (“LHVC”). Renters agree that this contract will not take effect until their reservation request is reviewed and accepted by LHVC. Member will notify Renters via email confirmation when their reservation is accepted.

This vacation rental contract supplements the terms of the LHVC reservation confirmation Renters receive from Members.

Reservation/Rental Policy

1. Renters agree to make known the terms of this rental contract to all tenants and their guests, and will be responsible for their compliance.
2. Renters agree not to smoke or allow smoking in the rooms or villa.
3. Renters agree that they are responsible for any and all damage to the property caused by Renters or their guests.
4. Renters agree that vehicles parked on the property that do not have express permission to be there may be towed at Renters’ expense.
5. All doors must be locked upon departure from accommodations.
6. Renters will be charged for any keys or wrist bands not returned on checkout.
7. Renters agree that no pets will be permitted on the property at any time, unless the pet is ADA certified and the proper documentation of certification is provided to Member and LHVC prior to confirmation of the reservation and LHVC approves the pet for occupancy.
8. Renters acknowledge that LHVC is the owner of the property and the provider of all services to Renters. Accordingly, Renters agree that Member will not be liable to Renters for any failure of LHVC to provide such services or for the quality of or satisfaction of Renters with such services, and Renters will address any complaints concerning the property or services to LHVC.
