Mount Isabel De Torres Cable Car Ride

You can take a taxi from the resort to the base of the mountain. Mount Isabel de Torres is one of the highest mountains in the Province of Puerto Plata. The cable car journey ends at the peak of the mountain, about 2,600 feet above sea level. Visitors can look out over spectacular views of the city of Puerto Plata, walk through the beautiful botanical gardens and see the massive statue of Christ which overlooks the city.
